I made  a Slim Jim from these exact measurements and it worked very well.  In this design ladder line is used. This has many advantages such as the flexibility of the antenna. Just think about this for a moment!..

This antenna will roll up so small to be insignificant in size. You could through it in a rucksack jump on your mountain bike and ride. When you find a good spot hopefully with some height, unroll it and attach a couple of ropes or in my case I used bungee's, pull the antenna taut from the top and the bottom and thats it. All you need is coffee and sandwiches. Oh don't forget note book and pen. 

This antenna is good for Contest work QRP and above with no problems.  For a more permanent solution use 15 mm copper pipe!.  Hope you enjoy.
