This antenna is for operating up to and including topband. It incorporates two coaxial traps for use on 160m and at some 89ft in length is ideal for smaller gardens. construction details for the coaxial traps are included should you wish to home build them yourself... This antenna could be made even smaller if topband is not a requirement By removing the last trap (larger of the two) and the wire following it. This would make it about 52ft long and if trimmed correctly will be resonant on 7 MHZ & 3.5 MHZ .for 40m trim wire before small trap. For 80m trim wire after small trap. To trim for top band use wire after larger trap.

Above is the ideal way to fix this antenna.
Construction Details for Coaxial traps
Design is for a 7MHZ trap However the 3.5 MHZ Trap is of the same design but requires 21 turns of coax.

I hope this is of help to anyone wishing to try homebrew. I first noticed this antenna and trap design on the GM0oNX website but I found that another turn on the coils from his design worked better for me.
